Cancellation Policy
Monthly Schedule Request
 To
complement our pitching and hitting schools, players often desire to
train individually to tune-up mechanics or to work on other softball
skills like throwing, fielding, sliding, catching, strength and agility
as well as video analysis. Private lessons at PFP are fast-paced and
cutting-edge. Our professional staff offers the highest level of
instruction in a positive manner.
For best performance results, players are encouraged to develop a plan
that has a good mix of private and group instruction. Players are also
highly encouraged to cross-train skills in categories of pitching,
hitting, fielding, throwing and fitness. This will help to mold the
player into a more viable force while increasing college marketability.

Private Lessons with Denise Davis
1/2 Hour Lesson: $65 •
1 Hour Lesson: $130
Private lessons with Denise Davis may
be purchased by Non-Varsity and Non-VIP athletes. These lessons must be
prepaid and there are no bundle discounts available.
**Varsity students and Varsity Alumnae quality for discounted package
pricing on lessons with Denise.
Lessons with Denise require a 24 hour advanced cancellation notice. Late
cancellations and no shows will incur full charge.
Junior
Instructor Lessons
PFP Junior Instructors are hand-picked
from the Varsity Program by Denise Davis. These players have trained
extensively with Denise and have coached with her at a number of PFP
clinics. These Junior Instructors play at the highest level of
softball in New England, are top college prospects and are diligent
with their academics.
Junior Instructors are economical and great for reinforcing skills:
• Combine a Junior Instructor session with a private lesson for more
reinforcement.
• Get additional help pitching, hitting, fielding and throwing.
• Do an agility workout.
• Hit in the batting cages – live arm or from machine.
• Use them as catchers in group sessions
Junior Instructors are great role models for our younger players.
They are passionate about softball and are total believers in the
Planet Fastpitch Philosophy.
JUNIOR INSTRUCTOR LESSONS: $20 per half hour
• VIP’s receive a PFP T-Shirt each year.
• VIP’s are entitled to unlimited use of open training space
(subject to availability) for warm-ups and practicing. (At other
training centers, this space use is fee-based.) This unlimited use
package is for individual and family VIP’s only.
• VIP Membership includes one free 30 minute cage/machine rental.
Cage rentals must be booked ahead of time.
• VIP’s involved in a training guidance program with a certified PFP
strength coach are permitted unlimited use of strength training
equipment. (Spotters must be present.)
• VIP’s enjoy a 10% discount on select clinics and events.
• VIP’s may purchase 6, 12 and 24 value packs of private lessons.
Non-VIP’s may purchase individual lessons only at full price.
• VIP’s will receive advanced email notification of limited
enrollment events and clinics.
Annual VIP membership fee:
Individual: $100
Family: $150
Lessons will move forward through an
accelerated curriculum. Attendance and practice is extremely
important.
Planet Fastpitch requires a 24-hour notice on all private lesson
cancellations. If there are less than 24 hours before your
appointment and a cancellation is necessary, it is permissible to
find a substitute to fill the vacancy. Otherwise, failing to comply
with cancellation policy, full charges will be incurred for missed
sessions plus a $25 late cancellation fee. No other make-up sessions
will occur.
There is also a $25 returned check fee.
The request form below is useful for
scheduling instructional time for individuals, groups of 2 or more,
or teams. It is also a tool to request reservations for batting cage
or full facility rentals.
Planet Fastpitch utilizes a monthly scheduling calendar. Please
complete the form with the most flexibility and ranges of days and
times as possible. We will attempt to make your first choice
available for you. Please note that this is a first come, first
serve scheduling system. We do our best to try to fit everyone into
the schedule at times that are convenient.
You must have a current liability waiver on file at PFP to
participate in any activity. Please print, complete and carry or
mail this form to PFP. Each member of a team must have a waiver
signed before participation in any activity is permitted.
