 Policy:

• Teams who wish to book sessions throughout the season in advance must prepay for at least 5 sessions or more.  Checks must be mailed to or cash delivered to Planet Fastpitch

• Any future sessions which remain unpaid must be secured by the team leader’s credit card until cash/check payment is received. 

• Planet Fastpitch must receive a roster with player information that must be completed online by the coach.  All participants must also sign a liability waiver.  It is the coach’s responsibility to collect this information at the time of registration.  He or she will submit the roster online to PFP and mail the photocopied liability waivers with the deposit to PFP.

Helpful Hints:  

Planet Fastpitch encourages team leaders/coaches to divide the total cost of the program by the number of players who commit to training.  Collect these registration fees in full or in 2 installments.  This will significantly reduce the number of “no-shows” while preventing the coach’s out-of-pocket expenses to cover absenteeism.
